Frequently asked questions

Another question? Contact support with your key.

Why a cookie instead of my password?

The sp_dc cookie lets us activate your account without ever knowing your password. It’s only used for this operation. To invalidate it afterwards, use “Sign out everywhere” in your account settings.

How long does activation take?

Most activations finish in under 5 minutes. During busy periods your key stays in the queue and is processed automatically, nothing else to do.

My Premium disappeared, what now?

Go to the Renew tab with your key. It will be unlocked and you can redeem it again on your account or a new one.

Which country should I pick?

Pick your account’s country. “Auto” picks a random available country, and your account will switch to it.

I have an active paid Premium plan, will it work?

No. Cancel your subscription first and wait for it to expire, activation only works on a free account.
